I purchased the transitional dark grey counter height dining set earlier in the year and recently needed to make a service/warranty claim for the bench. I emailed a copy of my receipt along with photographs of the bench and staff got back to me very quickly. They arranged for a service technician to come to my home, a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Darcy, who showed up within the specified time frame. I am very happy with the outcome and the level of professionalism. Thank you, Arrow Furniture.

I should be able to give this location a zero. I walked into the store today inquiring about one of their bedroom sets . I ask the gentle if they have any package for this set he said no ;he went on the tell me to do my home because this set doesn't come in a package .Walked away from our conversation and pretend I didnt exist. I wouldn't even give them dime .no customer service skills.maybe he thought I was broke for that's the reason he didnt give me the time of the day.

We are very satisfied with the coffee table set that we purchased from Arrow Furniture, Mississauga branch. Mr. Farooq helped us by giving us solutions and good price.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! They promised my aunt a dining room set and took a $1000 deposit and THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE IT!!! And when we called and kept asking they kept asking us to call different people and wouldn’t give us a straight answer!! When we asked for our money back he said he would then called 10min later and said he wouldn’t be able to give it back! They lied to us and didn’t even have the product in stock and wouldn’t give us a straight answer! They said delivery would be in early May then when we called again they said mid-June and then when we talked to head office, he said he didn’t even have the dining room in stock! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Still trying to get the situation resolved and get our money back.
