I had a great experience buying my furniture from this store. Excellent customer service and nice designs to choose from.

I did my first purchase at Midtown Furniture about 2 years ago and since then I am keep going back. Considering that I have a growing daughter I keep coming back a lot. Each time the staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was lucky enough to run into the owner and this took my shopping experience into the totally new level. Most of my interactions with Paul are over the email or phone, which work really well for me. I have never encountered a single issue that Paul would not have been able to address quickly and make me happy. It has been a pleasure to shop at the Midtown Furniture and it has been a real pleasure to do business with Paul.

To begin with, I have read some pretty good reviews about this place and decided to order a bedroom set from them. Went to the shop three times but the owner wasn't there. I've left a few notes with my cell number and emailed the owner twice. I've never get a call back. What a strange way of doing business...

I'm usually pretty skeptical about 'sales' at retail stores, but after researching and shopping around I ended up at midtown and found the 50% off at to be genuine. There were no tricks or fine print just 50% off!! The wife and I ending up buying our whole bed room and even a sofa/love seat a week ago and I haven't looked back since. Our experience surpassed my expectations. I simply walked in and the staff took care of the rest. The team there were knowledgeable, helpful and service was some of the best I have received to date. Delivery even arrived when it was supposed to hassle free. I only wish my house was bigger so I could have fit that fantastic dinning room table I saw. I've already recommended you guys to everyone I know.

My experience was just flawless - Steve was exceptionally accommodating and delivered on the service and product - we were very happy and will continue to source our furniture from Midtown Furniture.
