I was having a issue with delivering a mattress that I had purchased on Black Friday. Jeff stepped in and saved the day. He completely flipped my experience with some of the best customer service I've ever had. Jeff is the man! I will definitely visit this location again for my next major furniture/appliance purchase.

We wanted to buy some furniture for our basement and my parents were also looking to buy a refrigerator. We searched at several stores but we could not find what we were looking for. So we decided to visit Brick's at 1607 Dundas St., E. Mississauga, ON, Canada. As luck would have it, it turned out to be the best choice we ever made. We found Michelle, the sales person at Brick's, very knowledgeable, attentive but not overbearing. She understood our needs and spent a lot of time in assisting us to find what we were looking for keeping our budget in mind. We were fully satisfied with the service she provided and obtained both the items which were as per our budget. We will continue to visit this showroom and recommend her to our friends.

I truly appreciate great service and quality products. That is why I recently made a purchase from The Brick at 1607 Dundas Street. Ben was the Store Representative that assisted me with my purchase and throughout my many visits to the store. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I had many questions and had specific requirements in terms of price and product which Ben and The Brick were able to accommodate. My experience was a very positive one. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at The Brick on Dundas and Dixie. Raman provided us with spectacular service, He was very patient as we thoroughly looked at all the different options, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very relaxed, never pushy, just there to add advice and show us the full variety of options whenever necessary. It made what could have been a stressful experience (furnishing a new condo) a totally relaxed and enjoyable one. We were really surprised by a lot of the items available, and left with everything we wanted! We feel very well taken care of, and would recommend him, and that location, to anyone. Fantastic!

Michelle spent a lot of time and was very patient and understanding and helped me make the right choice for the living room furniture that I am so very happy to use each day. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely buy from her in the future. I strongly recommend her to all those to visit the store.
