After getting the run around at 3 different DOT stores and getting a different answer from all 3 of them while looking for some chairs I called the clearance warehouse. I spoke to a super friendly and helpful lady named Jenna. She not only found what we were looking for she put them on hold for us since I told her it was a bit of a drive for us to get there. While we were there we were telling her about other items that we were looking for. She got on her computer and found another perfect chair that she didn't even have in stock yet. She told me with the holidays coming up the store would be closed during boxing week but gave us the option to put it on hold at boxing day prices until the new year. We were so happy with the customer service we received today and will for sure be retuning to this location and would recommend it to anyone.

Halloween treasure trove! Halloween selection is incomparable. Huge selection and extremely budget-friendly prices due to clearance. We got three costumes for under $100. Staff are very helpful and friendly. You can honestly spend hours in here and not see everything. So many options. Nothing but good things to say about this business. So glad we found this little gem. Entrance is a little shady, which makes it easy to pass by. Give it a chance! You’ll be pleasantly surprised by what this furniture shop offers for Halloween lovers!

Such a shady experience at this location. I personally wouldn't suggest DOT for any furniture purchases as it seems all their products are bought from another company and shipped in. I went to purchase a couch (they are mainly patio furniture so they did not have a lot of stock on the main floor - which is understandable). We walked in and all the workers were just sitting in the a circle, we were the only customers probably for hours and this was immediately awkward. We didn't find anything however upon leaving and looking at their website saw a couch for sale and returned back to the store, they didn't have the couch on site however they said it would be possible to order the couch (she claimed she wouldn't mind it on her sales floor) if we put a down payment of 100$ at first this sounded perfect, however putting a down payment on something they would sell regardless if we took it or not seemed off. I also wasn't ecstatic about them building the couch on the floor and waiting for us to come in and see it. I was hesitant as she indicated the dimensions on the website may not be correct and didn't want to put down money for something that may not fit in our house. She also indicated once we had the couch in our possession it would only be refundable for store credit... No thanks. She became clearly frustrated with me having second thoughts (over a 100$ down paynent!) and became almost snappy. The person I was with in addition realized the change of mood and we both agreed not to return. Would not suggest anyone to go to this location - they may be better only and strictly for patio furniture but the service and policies were just not something I could agree with.

Amazing staff and great selection, we decked out our new deck with fantastic furniture at a great sale price. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from from beginning to end on a great product. Bought a patio dining set, two chairs and and an umbrella and were given excellent support in making the decision, exploring the options and felt the product was great quality for the price. The sales associates who helped us -- Spencer and Jenna -- were thoughtful and made the experience great. The delivery agents were also great to deal with. I recommend them highly.
