A few years ago I bought a Loveseat from the chesterfield shop and I can tell you it was the best purchase of furniture I ever made. The quality of the couch was amazing and when we needed service after 1 1/2 years you guys provided it promptly. So when I decided to buy a couple of recliners there was no hesitation to drive to Mississauga to the chesterfield shop. I must tell you that Randy is the best sales representative I have met in years. From his initial approach to the final decision was excellent. I must tell you I purchased immediately and spent much more than I planned because of Randy. His mixture of personal stories and professionalism has made our experience very pleasant.

My husband and I purchased our first couches over 15 years ago from The Chesterfield Shop in Mississauga and we recently needed a new couch and went back to this store and found a company that still provides excellent customer service and excellent quality of couches after all these years. Thank you Randy at The Chesterfield Shop in Mississauga for all your patience and wonderful customer service in helping us select our reclining three-seater leather couch with lumbar support. We explained to Randy how narrow the dimensions of our room and doorway was and he help select the right couch for us and made sure everything would go well and fit. In addition, I appreciated the company emails updating us on our status of couch. We are so happy with our new couch! Thank you to Randy and The Chesterfield Shop.

I visited several sofa stores (Leon's, bad boy, Ashley, etc) before making my decision to buy a sofa at chesterfield, because they were just a little bit more costy than I thought, and I just wanted to make sure that I would be making the right decision in buying a sofa for long term. I can say that, the other stores cannot compare to Chesterfield! Their high prices did not match their quality, you wait 8-10 weeks on delivery, and horrible delivery experiences via Google. I am super happy with my comfortable sofa, delivered the next day, and great finance plan (don,t pay for a year 0%). The delivery guys were also so gentle bringing in the sofa and setting up. Highly recommend.
