There are other furniture builders with far better customer service. Read the owner's responses to previous reviews to get a taste of the service you'll receive. It's shocking (and hilarious) that he would talk to anyone in this way.

I called ahead on the weekend to make sure Rebarn had what I was looking for, was snapped at on the phone by someone (employee? owner?) who told me they were too busy to deal with me and that I should come by some other time. I tried to get a sense of when I should plan to visit the store, but I was given more short & unhelpful answers. Honestly, if you've got time to answer the phone you have time to be polite. Will buy what I need elsewhere.

We had our beautiful barn door installed today. It was with great pleasure that we had Mark and his son Garret install it for us. We couldn't be more excited and pleased to have this piece in our new home. If you want beautiful work, Rebarn is the way to go! Thank you so much again!

Rebarn over exceded our expectations! Mark and his team are artists and take a ton of pride in what they build for you. We spent a lot of time with Mark going over our ideas and flushing them out together. His right hand Alex, is amazing too and took such care in listening to our stain color requests. These guys are truly amazing and I will be recommending them for years to come.
