I've gotten several things laminated through Staples in the last month. It's quite inexpensive and works really well on posters that you don't want to frame. However this time my poster was crinkled and folded during the lamination process. Unfortunately this cannot be corrected. The laminate cannot be undone once it's complete. The staff was apologetic however nothing was offered to make up for their mistake. In my opinion, Staples should have refunded my money or made my next lamination on the house. If this was a very important poster to me, I would have been devastated. Staples should make more of an effort to ensure their customers are satisfied.

I purchased a computer at this Staples location. The purchase price was comparable with that of their competitors. However, it was the staff that were outstanding. The individuals I dealt with in the technical department were knowledgeable, patient and efficient. As someone with little awareness of computers, I very much appreciated the time that staff took to explain the way that these machines work. I highly recommend the staff at this location.

I have been going to this Staples since I was a young child! I love the selection and they do a great job of keeping up with the competitive online market. The experience you get when you go the Masonville Staples is well-stocked and open to questions. Good service and great selection, a 5-star retail experience.

It is okay. Nothing is wrong with it. Nothing is really great either. The selection is good, as what one would expect out of staples.

Limited selection. Out of stock for what i went in for. Good for basics like pens and paper. Hit and miss for computer and accessories.
