Would love to give zero stars. Products are awful. Often broken and delivery is beyond unaffordable. Delivers to curb, no assistance at all bringing in furniture. They charge you for donations - if you want to give a charitable donation, you must pay them! I encourage all of you to not support this agency, they do awful work.

I live next door to this place and I am on a disability pension they were kind enough to give me a vacuum cleaner without any paperwork or going through the process of applying for assistance or contacting my worker 😊but this past summer we were in a bad heatwave and I noticiced an old junky box fan when I went to ask if I could have it I was told I would have to ask (beg) my worker if I could have it which takes approximately 15 business days to get approved and even then the fan would probably have been given away! needless to say I got a bad case of heatstroke and wound up in the hospital!! also they have a really bad bedbug infestation they don't spray the place is filthy
