This is a horrible place. I paid a couple of payments for my daughter when they called me about her being late with her payment and they would be going to her house to get her TV. I decided to pay her bill so she would have a TV. I gave them my bank card number over the phone as a one time use only. They however filed my card number to another persons account. I paid almost $ 800.00 on this persons account and by the time I noticed, Aaron's admitted their fault and they owed me money. However, they told me I had to dispute it through my bank. My bank got me $300 of it. But legally, they could only go back 6 months. Aaron's refuses to give me the other $500. I talked to store manager, regional manager and corporate. Regional manager Tim told store manager Becky not to answer any more questions or talk to me about account. He stated I waited too long to collect my money. Corporate refused to talk to me after 3 calls to them. Now I have to go through the hassle of taking them to small claims court, which I will do. They are banking on the fact I let this go for to long, however they admit owing me money. Deal with them at your own risk, however I would never. They were double dipping by charging this other woman the $100 per month and taking my money too.

Decided to rent a TV from here cause we didn't have enough money to buy the TV and size TV we really wanted. Store employees are rude and ignorant. If we are 5 days late with a pay ment they call my husband and my phone 3 times a day each as well as my references. When they call they threaten to take the TV if we don't make a payment by the end of the business day. We finally saved enough money to pay the tv off and we will never do business with this company ever again. It's a rip off to go through a company like this. To consumers out there, save enough money to buy what you want outright instead of making payments to a company like this. They prey on the inexperienced and you pay double even triple what it costs anywhere else. I will make sure everyone knows what kind of company they are and the level of customer service they bring to the community. Please please shop elsewhere and save the money.

This is the worst experience I ever had....got a fridge, from them that didn't work properly since it was delivered...was offered another one which cost a bit more and still had the same problem....purchases extended warranty and once the item was paid off they refused to fix it. It was a piece of junk and they are not to be trusted

If i was able to give this store a 0 stars i would.. me and my husband have a lease and we needed a tv, washer dryer and couches.. i received a manager special on the couches which is practically falling apart the staples from the arm rest sticking out, a piece of metal also sticking out which my husband cut his head open while getting the charger behind the couch.. my daughters cut themselves with the staples hanging out the armrest... the couches have my wooden floor all scratched up because its broken underneath and the walls scratched up because of the metal.. the never sent someone to fix the couches or anything after numerous times calling the store and letting them know about the issue... than on the 1st day of the month they call me right away for my payment .. they send the assistant manager out to my house to collect the payment and when i tell him about the furniture he goes ahead and calls the store manager which tells him he needs to take the merchandise if we don't make the payment because the couches where a managers special and they have nothing to do with whatever happens cause they were given to me "AS IS" so i'm going to be paying for something that's broken and they don't care if my kids or even us get hurt with the crappy merchandise they have in the store and don't tell customers about it before hand then they want to act all surprised like they didn't know... i'm very mad right now cause they don't care.. would not recommend this company to anyone , not worth the money or the effort..
