What a wonderful experience, came in looking for some furniture that I’m planning on purchasing shortly to make sure that I would’ve fit in my house And Trisha was more than helpful. Very knowledgeable of all of the items that I was looking at referred me to a couple others That I might not have thought of. The expertise that she had is absolutely phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable of the wear and tear, which ones would be best with pets. Which ones fit my lifestyle. Couldn’t have had a better sales person. I’ll be back shortly to make that purchase!! Thanks Trish!!!

This was the first time my boyfriend and I ever bought a couch and David was EXTREMELY helpful. He greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, gave us the run down of the store and what we were looking for along with our price range, and let us do our thing and look around. As we were looking he checked in on us periodically and even took measurements for us because he knew we were working with a small space. We ended up finding the perfect couch for us within our budget and never felt pressured by a sales pitch. David told us about their protection plan, extra fees, etc so we weren’t surprised by a total. We are so happy. Thank you David!

Tim was incredibly helpful and personable. He helped me for hours the other day trying to pick out the right piece for my living room. During which he was very patient, kind, and gave me great advice. He made me feel welcomed and not rushed through the entire process. I will definitely be back in the future because of the experience and the selection of furniture. And even after all of that, the next day he helped us find a piece of the furniture that happened to fall off right before it went in the truck.

My sales representative was Anthony Ricks. He was very friendly and helpful getting me exactly what I wanted for less. Even when I bump my self with a little misunderstanding with the warehouse, he was there to sort things in a quick professional way. I’m in love with my sectional 🥰♥️. Thank you Anthony!!

I’m being shopping from value city for longest time. They have beautiful furnitures. Sales man Paul is great help. He always gave me best deal. Anytime I asked for any kind of accommodation, they consider and adjust accordingly. They don’t pressure you to buy anything they just let you choose what you like. Great service!
