I hate to post anything negative, however I have not had a pleasant experience with this company. Every piece of furniture my husband & I have purchased from Raymore & Flanigan, has loose screws. The dining room table chairs, the actual seats are coming off!!! Its 2 years old!!!! Was not cheap either. We are not rough on our furniture, we keep our home quite neat & cared for. We have older children, & they know not to jump, or horseplay near our furniture. The worst thing of all, the leather sectional we purchased for nearly $3,000 sunk & broke within 1 year of buying it. The pillows tore on the backside year 1!! They were both repaired...I was told the sunken, broken side would be even stronger now, that its been fixed, well guess what..not even a year later, it sunk and broke again!!! Ok, so now fast forward to 2017, the other side sunk & fell in the same place!!!!! I couldn't believe it. Now there is a huge spring or something coming through the couch pillow, when you sit..in two different places!!! I don't trust their ability to rectify the situation, because everything they've repaired for us, broke again!!! Now, its 4 years with the couch from hell....its broken down, sitting in my living room on 2 wooden 2 ×4's for support!!! I spent a total of over $5,000 here. My old leather couch that I purchased 2nd hand lasted forever, in fact we gave it away & it was still in perfect condition!!!! Why is my couch ready for the garbage? I was told it was one of the best in the store. Sad, if that's true. We were so excited to purchase, but now simply disgusted!!! Never again
