The furniture is very nice and of good quality with a huge selection. The salespeople are not pushy either. That being said, the prices for their stuff are very high. Likely you can find good stuff elsewhere for less.

Great service, but with applying for the credit card of getting 6 months interested free wasn't true. I had called first before applying was told something else. I'm glad I didn't apply or purchase nothing.

I had such a good experience at Raymour & FLanigan. I went in looking for new end and coffee table. The salesman Paul was more then helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. Paul was a true professional throughout the entire process. He has a customer for life.

Buyer Beware! I thought I was very happy with my experience here, I was able to go into the store, take my time and a sales associate (Barbara) was there when I needed them. I made my purchase and was told I could sign up for a 6-month interest free financing, so I decided to go with it instead of putting it on a different credit card with an interest charge. Flash forward to now when I get a statement with interest charged. I call to ask about it and am told that I signed up for only 30-day interest free. Apparently nothing can be done because I initialed, the paper, the paper the salesperson (Barbara) explained to me was 6-month financing. It is bad business to have salespeople misleading their customers, saying one thing, and having them sign off on another.

Very disappointed that they don't stand behind the product that they are selling. A great store until you have a problem. . At this point I will never buy here again. I have spent quite a lot of money here and surprised the service after they have your money.
