The sales reps hound you. We thought we would have a pleasant experience looking at and trying some couches, but instead we were followed and dumped on with flyers and cards. Was asked for my phone number for cold calls. Yech. When someone tells you they're just looking, that's all it is. Leave the person alone, chances are you won't get commission if you stress your potential customers into leaving.

My dad bought a bed set and mattress from Ashleys and he loves it. He was working with Cris from the sales team and highly recommends Cris . He was kind, understanding and not pushy. The managers (including Adnan) gave my dad a great deal. He had is delivery which went very smoothly and is LOVES his new bed. Thank you Cris and Ashley's for taking such great care of my dad!

I had a sales girl named Giselle, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her manager Amir introduced himself and helped us get the prefect items for our home. There was a lady at the front desk named Marna she got us a great delivery date for our closing date and made sure we got this “carekit” thing for the extended warranty, my wife loves it. All in all would shop here again!
