Don't let appearances deceive you, this store has whatever you're looking for, from the very highest quality to exceptional value - all at reasonable prices! I asked Sunny at Furniture Ville to quarterback a custom build of my favourite leather (Elmo Grande II) on a Condo sofa and 1/2 Condo chair. The leather was, to say the least, an extremely nice leather that is not normally available at most manufacturers and retailers. The results were gorgeous and I'm so glad I discovered such a great retailer that can deal with the highest quality items at such a reasonable price! Sunny... Many, Many THANKS!

Walked in there with not much expectations but was blown away by their selections and the customization options. Got exactly what I wanted in the end for reasonable pricing.

Incredible collection and extremely friendly customer service. Lovely showroom..!!!!! Great place to shop if you're looking for high quality, contemporary, and class-apart products great prices. Quality is wonderful and love that I was able to buy Canadian made bedroom furniture in a good price. Super Impressed!! Very satisfied and happy with my experience at FurnitureVille.

I ordered a custom sectional couch from these guys after looking at the big box stores and a handful of small furniture shops. Furniture Ville has a ton of selection in their show room, which is ideal so you're not just ordering from a catalog like I found to be the case at the smaller stores I visited prior. The sales team here was honest, patient, and helpful, working with the challenging (...to say the least) specs and deadlines I had given them. I was hesitant to order a custom piece because of the lengthy timeline, as I would've been without a couch in my new place which isn't ideal. They were able to help expedite the timeline and they kept their word; it was delivered on time and according to plan. Overall, the couch is great quality and the customer service has exceeded expectations. I normally don't write reviews but these guys went above and beyond. Would recommend this store 100%.. especially if you are looking at big box stores, I found that for around the same price you can get something that is 25x the quality and custom made to order. The only bad part of the whole experience was getting freaked out by the creepy mannequins in the store!

we paid a huge amount of money for a few items because we wanted quality items. The items were over 3 weeks late with no call from the store to let us know. We had to call the store weekly to get any updates. When the items finally arrived at the store for delivery, we left work early to be at home in time and the truck was over 1.5 hours late with zero communication. So far very unimpressed.
