Excellent first time in a long time in your store. Linda was amazing. My request was a now or never buy. But she tried very hard to get my chair that I wanted. As I had many demands for what I expected. That was a first for to give a sales person a hug. Thank you again and my wife was thrilled when I brought home the chair.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a recliner, helped by Linda. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and listened to/ understood precisely what we were looking for. She found us something that met our needs and was also at a terrific sale price. Would definitely recommend this place. Many thanks.

I Love La-Z-Boy!! I’m so impressed by the help I got. I love all the help the sales lady Ann gave me. She helped me mix and match and gave me ideas I wouldn’t have thought of. She made my shopping experience easy. Davis helped make sure my furniture would fit in each room by bringing it up on the computer. He helped me with Paint colour. And even the girl who did the billing”I’m sorry I can’t remember your name” but she was wonderful made sure I understood everything and went over the bill. Thank you so much Ann and everyone at La-Z-Boy. I really appreciate everything!!!!😁😁 Thanks Helen

We ordered a pull-out sofa bed 6 weeks ago and it is ready for delivery. I have no comments about the couch yet (but may update this post in the future), but I do have comments about La-Z-Boy's bizarre regulations. The balance must be paid in full three days before delivery and you must come into the store in person to process the payment. They will refuse to take your payment information over the phone and they claim that their delivery staff are not equipped to handle payment upon delivery. We have ordered several items of furniture from four different stores over the last two months and La-Z-Boy is the only place with these bizarre regulations. When I pointed this out to the manager, he feigned ignorance and seemed shocked. He said that maybe one day the drivers would be able to accept payment on delivery, and that La-Z-Boy was ahead of its times in terms of making sure payment was secure and that other stores are somehow "insecure" in dealing with credit card information. I think La-Z-Boy is behind the times in every way and their bizarre payment regulations wasted an hour out of my day. If you buy here, be prepared to waste your time going back to the store twice to process payment, and be prepared for the sales clerks and managers to pretend that they think this is normal and every other store is insane!
