Last year I bought a love seat and sofa, I bought extended furniture warranty. A year later the arm rests lost all the stuffing (wood was sticking out) which was very dangerous because I always have kids around. I called and set up an appointment to have the sofa looked at two month later a repair man came. He said he would come back to repair them. Three visits later the repair men came back and took my sofa and my love seat, without notice. They just picked up them up and took them away and said they would return them 5 to 10 business days. I called the Brick store spoke to someone who then transferred me to a manager, who never picked up the phone. I left a message and was told I would receive a call later that day. That was two days ago and I have never heard anything back. I paid for warranty and now have no sofa. That’s the point of paying warranty. If the product is so bad you have to take it away then you should just replace the product instead of leaving me with out a sofa and love seat. I now have a bare living room. Poor customer service. Warranty is a waste of money. My cousin also had the same problem with this store and the warranty.

I must say... this is the WORST Brick I’ve visited. I walked past 3 employees and neither acknowledged me and furthermore, I had to ask for measurements of a sofa and he just gave me a measuring tape and walked away. I was in the store for over an hour and a half and not a single person walked up and asked if I needed help. Had they done so, I was ready to buy my new couch, bed frame and a lamp on the spot. Very disappointed with the customer service or lack of I should say. Furthermore, I even walked past an employee sitting on the tables on his phone. I’ve never seen a sales environment so lazy in my life. The least I could have asked for was for someone to say do you need help.

They have some lovely furniture but I didn’t get much of a chance to look at it. My spouse and I came in to look at sectionals. We were immediately greeted by a staff member who kindly asked if he could help us. We told him that we wanted to look around on our own for a bit and would find him when we had questions. He nodded and continued to follow us around the store, initially from about 20 metres away but then he proceeded to get closer until he was beside us again no more than a minute later and tried selling us on a feature that we were not interested in. We left after less than five minutes in the store.

Would highly recommend this store. Wide options to choose from plus super helpful sales team is a bonus. Our sales rep Punya was extremely helpful and customer driven. We went to the store on the VIP sale day and he got us some amazing deals. He also helped us schedule the delivery and installation per pur plan. Thumbs up to him!

I like the Brick it has very decent furnishings, electronics and all for the kitchen. The prices are very competitive and you can always bargain. The employees don't follow you around they just introduce themselves and let you be There is no pressure what so ever.
