Turned my opinion around on this place after speaking with Devon in the Print Shop about how I had a pretty terrible deadline for them to print a couple of cards last minute. She was very knowledgeable and more than willing to help me out in a pinch. Thank you so much!

Had such a positive experience at the print center. Josh was extremely helpful and patient as he was explaining my options and suggesting changes. Kudos for hiring such a positive individual that excels in customer service. Will definitely use the print center again!

If you go to print documents at the self-service get ready to spend lots of your valuable time. Staff don't help you neither with basic questions. There is information about how to use the printers and everything is hidden. The manager told me to use a computer to print some my documents and I ended up paying rental for using the PC which by the way is super slow. No one told me that it was a rental and the sign was hidden behind other bunch of advertisement. Please don't go to this place I spent 45 minutes for printing 48 pages. And I was misled by the manager because she recommended me the PC but she did not told me about the rental fee.

Was very dissapointed. After explaining what I needed to an associate, I was instructed to purchase an item which turned out to be the wrong tech item. After returning to the store to correct the issue I was told they do not carry such an item. This is where it becomes painfully aware that the associates here mostly consist of young people who have very little knowledge of the items in store. Since I lacked the receipt I was given store credit only after providing date, time and numbers of card used to purchase. At this time they pulled a copy of the receipt out of their system but still only gave store credit even with the receipt in hand. Why would I want store credit to a store that can apparently only help those who know exactly the product they want, in which case they wouldn't need sales morons at all. Staffing a store with people who incorrectly provide help based on a " I think this is what you want" is regrettably, stupid. It took 25 mins in store to leave with a 46.00 gift card to a store that I will never again go to. This was one of the worst sales experiences I have had in my entire adult life. I would not wish this retail experience on even the worst people I know.
