Check your bill all the time ...overcharge... i don't trust this store , bad attitude with kids specially the store manager .

I have been donating quality items for years to the Kemptville store, but the last 2 times I found the person accepting the goods to be quite rude. You must wait as they go through what you are donating, which I do understand because they don't need someones garbage, but really nice pieces were handed off to someone and put aside while they commented how nice they were to the person. (I wondered if they would make the shelf or go home with them) Once they had gone through everything they said OK , you can go. WHAT?! No thank you at all, I was just dismissed. I am looking for a new place to donate

My only complaint is I wish it was bigger. They have a decent selection of books, clothes, toys, and kitchen wares with great prices.
