The nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! We stopped by to shop for a coffee table, not a major purchase by any means, and were surprised to be greeted with such warm and professional attention from the owner, Tara and Renata. The gentleman in the pick-up warehouse area also went out of his way to inspect the table with me and was super nice and efficient. Thank you for a great experience! We left with a great coffee table and a smile. Kate

I purchased a dining table for my kitchen, which was on sale, and I found several quite big cracks on the top when they delivered it. They just deceived me making me feel so lucky because they said there was nothing wrong with this table though it was on sale. I complained about it right after they delivered it, and they said it was a final sale, so they cannot replace the part though it had cracks. I definitely wouldn't have purchased it if they had informed me it had cracks. This is such a sneaky place. ******PS: After I had posted this review, they asked me to contact them, responding very "kindly" on my posting. They are actually pretending that they haven't heard about this issue before. When they refused replacing the cracked leaf, I even wanted to buy an additional one because I didn't want to have a dining table with a cracked top (Dining tables are supposed to be wiped with a wet towel several times a day, so cracked top was really bothering me). They said the price of leaf would be $370, and it must be a FINAL SALE because they couldn't guarantee that the colour of the leaf would match with my dining table! Actually the table was even missing a joint dowel, and they gave me a wrong one that was TOO BIG for the hole. THEY ARE ONLY WILLING TO SELL FURNITURE BUT DONT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS' SATISFACTION. Don't be deceived by the NICE response under my posting. They lied and are lying now.
