My husband and I bought a patio furniture ser from Distinctly Patio and we absolutely love it !!!! Jennifer and her husband were so kind, generous and accommodating!!! We are so thankful that they helped us pick a beautiful set for our patio and also made sure it is within our budget. We will forever appreciate their kindness and generosity!!! We bought a conversation set, gas table and dining set. The service we received from Jenn and her husband was second to none. Jenn called me to arrange everything while we were away on vacation and she went above and beyond to ensure we had delivery when it was convenient for us. Her husband handled the delivery and assembly with a big smile on his face (on one of the hottest days of the summer). We have recommended Distintly Patio to all of our friends and family.

We had a great buying experience at Distinctly Patio. We bought 2 sets of the Manor Expandable Patio Set. Originally we were buying a set as a house warming gift for our daughter and son-in-law but liked it so much we purchased one for ourselves. The staff were excellent to deal with. Jennifer helped us in the showroom, Dianna organized our delivery and Robert assembled both sets at each location so quickly and efficiently. Would like to thank all at Distinctly Patio for your friendly manner, your efficiency, effort and care with our purchase experience. It is so nice to know that great customer service is still a value practiced and all of you at Distintly Patio reflected that quality. Thanks!

Shopping for furniture can often be a stressful experience. Kim made the experience enjoyable and fun. I greatly appreciated her patience and expertise. She actually took the time to sit with us and design our space. Thank your for the great ideas. The furniture arrived promptly and the delivery men were courteous, professional and efficient. This was truly a great experience.

I first want to say thank you to Kim and and their team for the great customer service and professional family business! We first made contact with distinctly patio at the Backyard and Living Expo show, We ordered our product in April 2018, our order did take a bit of time to come in as the supplier was extremely busy. I want to say even though we had to wait for a bit for a product to come in it was so worth the wait!!!! We are extremely happy with our product that we had purchased and the high customer service that Distinctly Patio did! We also have lots of compliments on our umbrella and chairs!!
