A delivery that should have taken a few weeks is still on going after 4 months. I was delivered the wrong item twice and had to follow-up myself through numerous emails and calls. Each time explaining the issue and the customer services acting as they are hearing it for the first time. I'm only getting generic apology responses and further delays. They seem to be receiving the products from another provider and have no sense of stock, quality or delivery times. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this store and regret not reading the previous bad reviews.

This company produces high quality furniture but their internal communication systems and customer service are by far the worst I have encountered. After 6 months of unnecessary delays and wasted time calling the company for updates, I had to cancel the rest of my order. A real shame.

Absolutely dreadful company, I ordered 2 outdoor pouffes before Xmas which were left in my bin by the Yodel delivery driver! The package disappeared and Within promised to issue a refund, after two calls to chase up the refund still nothing!

Poor customer service. I ordered an item which said it would be delivered within 10 days but after that period they contacted me to say it would be another month. Now, nearly 2 months after the original order, I'm still waiting and they've not been in contact at all - and they took the full amount from my credit card at the time the order was placed!

Tried to visit showroom on regent street, though the website says you are open on Saturdays from 9 to 5. Waited for couple of hours at the door. There was no response. Very fustrating after travelling for two hours returned back with no joy.
