Absolutely amazing service! My wife and I bought a custom sized corner sofa through Lombok and I can say I've never had better service or a better product. The sales and design teams were unbelievably helpful with helping us choose the fabric covering to fit our budget and the final product is better than I could ever have imagined. Delivery was prompt and the team were so helpful as my wife was pregnant at the time! 5 star service from a 5 star company. Would recommend to anyone.

We ordered a 3 seater sofa which was made to measure to fit in our new flat. We received an excellent service from the initial design process all the way through to the delivery a couple of weeks back. You can really feel the high quality of the fabric and cushions when sitting down and we're assured that the sofa will be with us for a lifetime!

I bought one of Lombok's Sumatra beds through their website. Not only was the product absolutely stunning - exquisite attention to detail - but the customer service team were immensely helpful when I put my old address in accidentally and nearly had it shipped there. After being used to the "computer says no" mentality of many providers, it's great to know that a premium product comes with a premium service: they chased down the product and had it sent to the right address, going above and beyond to get my my bed. Good old-fashioned customer service. Top product, top team!

Whilst I did have to wait for the piece of furniture I ordered I am delighted with the item I received . As I understand it the company has been taken over fairly recently and they are trying to rebuild on the reputation they inherited. I found the simplest way to contact the company was via social media ( Twitter or Facebook) and cannot fault the service I received from Ed who sorted out the problem I had with the delay. I hope the company can iron out the issues re stock and delivery times as I cannot fault the product . Would have been 5* had that been the case.

We ordered a dining table in April to be delivered within 6 weeks and we are now mid July and still haven’t received it. What’s more is that the customer service team doesn’t pick up the phone or answer emails and if they do, it takes weeks!!! So disappointed with the service and wondering if we are ever going to get our table. UPDATE - after 2 months of waiting and following up with the customer service team, they finally told us that they weren’t able to produce the table after all and they would refund us the money within 14 days. 14 days is a joke in the first place but 25 days have now passed without a refund!!!! They keep sending me a phone number to call where no one picks up! The insane customer service continues and now wondering whether we will even get our refund.
