200 years on Tottenham court road. Lovely walking around heals. Wonderful interior inspiration! Love the light department!

Terrible customer service. I bought a lamp in January. Despite 4 on display in the shop I was told I had to wait for one to arrive from Denmark. Over several months I called three times and was each time told it hadn't arrived. At the end of April I was fed up and asked for a refund and was then told by customer service that I had failed to collect the lamp. It took almost two months to get my money back and I never had an apology. I sadly cannot recommend this store for anything other than what you pick up and take away. Ps. It's a shame you only seem to thank the positive feedback and ignore the negative. Customers deserve apologies and burying your heads in the sand will not help when the high street is in decline. * since this review I was offered a voucher by means of apology but like the lamp it never showed up!! It will be a sad day when this great name disappears from the high street while management ignore the massive failings of its inept customer service department!!

Very good at taking your money and not much good at anything else. We ordered a set of chairs in late May and were told there was a 7-9 week lead time. Fine. This time came and went and I had to contact Customer Service with a query as to where my chairs were. I was then told my chairs were coming in mid October. I complained and they said Sept 20. Well, here we are and had I heard anything? Of course not. So we called again and were told the chairs were now coming Oct 5. I am thoroughly fed up. Do not buy anything from Heal’s. They appear to be a reputable shop, but they are not.
