Really helpful staff who suggested s variety of chairs for me to try and who did NOT promote the most expensive. Free delivery all the way to the southernmost part of Kent was an added bonus. They also arranged an earlier delivery than originally planned in order to accommodate my changed opticians appointment! The chair is really excellent.

Great service from Back2. I purchased Moll desks for kids, a Kinnarps sit/stand desk and a Herman Miller ergonomic chair. Delivery/assembly was fab and the store dealt with any queries swiftly. Very responsive customer service and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely stop by as you will have a better experience than at a department/office store. Highly recommended!

This is definitely the best place to get an ergonomic office chair! The staff are knowledgeable and they have a great selection. Much better than any of the other shops I tried in London.

Kamila and her colleagues are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable people. Their showroom is neat and has a lot of chairs to try on. I ordered 5 Aerons at 4pm on Thursday, they were delivered on Friday morning. Top service. Thank you.
