The service is incredible. There is a large selection furniture that fits perfectly for what you're looking for. High quality products. We bought two couches and a dinning table. The furniture is great. We will definitely come back again for new furniture. The staff is so helpful. They explain all details about the furniture. Especially big thank you to Kamal.

We arrived at closing time, however Vic was very accommodating and stayed late to help us out. The delivery team arrived within the arranged time and were very pleasant and professional. We would certainly consider them for future purchases.

This place is great . I am very happy with all the furniture I purchased, it's absolutely beautiful and well built. I am extremely happy with the friendly, professional and wonderful service I received through Kamal who is a top sales person Even the people who came to set up and put everything together were great! The owner cared enough to accompany them to make sure everything was perfect, that says a lot to me and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top notch furniture and service. Thank you, Diane K.

Bought a $7000.00 couch from this place. Few months later a spring broke in one of the seats , since the couch was still under warranty I notified the store. Months have passed and my emails to them go unanswered and ignored . When I call, they say to call back when a certain person is working. Left them my info and called back with no response. This place really has the worst customer service EVER! Do not trust these people .. The issue is still unresolved. You would think a place selling high end furniture would provide top notch customer service , think again .. I would NEVER shop here again and would recommend anyone looking to buy something from this place look elsewhere as you will find it cheaper and will get the customer service you deserve for spending top dollar. These people are a scam and are only looking to make money off you ... BEWHERE. Shop at your own risk .

I have never seen a shop that is worse than this. We have ordered some furniture from them. There are a few screws on the chair. They told us that the furniture is here, let us pay the bill, but when we pay the money, They told us that there was a department that didn't arrive. Then we waited for two months and never responded. Calling them always said that they would reply immediately, but they never responded. We have to refund, they don't give, service. The attitude is particularly bad and they also cursed us and said that we will have retribution. We have already reflected this to customer protection Ontario. We can't let them lie to customers again.
