Very helpful staff, Sherry helped us from start to finish! They offer an in-house designer to come to your home to create a plan and choose pieces to our liking. Laura is amazing and also respected the budget we gave. The experience was no short than perfect! Definitely recommend!

This experience was amazing!!! Both Sherry and Wendy were terrific and very thorough and professional. They both came to my home to measure to get the "lay of the land" and then the presentation a week later was fabulous !!! Sherry's design was wonderful and truly expressed my wishes and desires. Looking forward to my brand new living room in 6 weeks!!! I highly recommend Sherry, Wendy and LazyBoy!!

We visited your store near Scarborough Town Centre last week and Bob Stewart greeted us at the door. He was warm and not pushy at all, which we greatly appreciated. It set the scene for our visit. When we were ready with our questions, he appeared magically and told us everything we needed to know. We purchased a couch, chair and a cabinet. All good prices and the entire transaction was handled with care and professionalism. A great experience from end to end. It helped that your store is excellent with top quality furniture but the deal-maker for us was having Bob help us. Wish all salespeople were like him. Thank you! We will be back.

We needed a rocking chair for the nursery and we were strongly encouraged to get a lazyboy. As soon as we walked in, Jamil was there to warmly greet us, asked us what we were looking for, showed us the various models and features. Then he left us to explore different models without him hovering!! He said if we need him to just wave our hand. And it worked! He was never far and was very knowledgeable of the features and benefits of each product. It was the most relaxing and least pressure shopping experience ever! We got a great deal on a labour day sale rocker!! HIGHLY recommend visiting the progress ave location!

We went in looking for a recliner, we expected to look around and buy another time, but Myriam was great with us. Not only did she spoke French, but she understood that we needed time and space to look at all the recliners. She checked in once in a while to answer our questions and never rushed us. Needless to say that her great customer service and patience with us made us commit to a sofa recliner that day. We can’t wait to receive it!
