My recent visit to the Brick, Kennedy Commons, Scarborough was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I was greeted and serviced by Francis who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He answered all my questions patiently and provided me with several options so that I could compare products, their features and prices. He gave me all the time and attention I needed to make a decision on my final purchase. Thanks to his excellent Sales approach and Customer Service, I will definitely be looking at the Brick for any further purchases I am planning in the future. Thanks for the great Customer Care and Service I received at the Brick.

I have bought stuff from brick previously but this time I planned to write a review because of the exceptional customer service I received from a kind sales lady Samar. She was super nice and waited patiently for hours to finish the sale. The Manager of the store Albert was very nice too and gave us great discounts.

I had the pleasure of meeting Elaine for my purchasing needs at the Brick at Kennedy Commons in Scarborough. She was pleasant and treated me as if she was making the purchase for herself. I was looking for an adjustable king size bed. She explained the differences, didnt rush me or make me feel pressured and explained all the deals. She even gave me her cell number for any further questions. Which was great to deal with only one sales rep. After boxing day i contacted her to find out if my item went on sale. It did and i was able to receive some money back. It was greatly appreciated as i had a certain budget I was trying to stick within. Made my experience at the brick good and would make future purchases.
