Wonderful experience. Wonderful store. Wonderful staff. Chris was awesome, answered all my questions, was willing to assist in any way and was happy to sell me floor models so I didnt have to wait. Examined everything, cleaned it all up, wrapped everything and carried out to my car. Service the way it should be. Avoid Shops at Don Mills (see review for that store) and make the trip to Yonge street. Highly recommend. Great experience, and so far happy with my purchases. Ask for Chris, you wont be disappointed.

I have been their customer from 2014 and normally got good customer service but yesterday I went there to buy a sofa and they had a lady whom even said hi with attitude. She didn’t come to help and was answering my question with hesitation. For a growing business it’s very disappointing when they have hired such staff . Very bad customer service . Don’t expect to be taken care of you at Northyork location.

Customer service is absolutely terrible, which we read before ordering a couch from them and ignored. The couch came damaged twice, even though the packaging wasn't which suggested it was damaged from the factory. The bottom frame was broken on the first couch and the fabric was ripped from the factory on the 2nd, which, as they pointed out multiple times, they "graciously" paid for the shipping back of their damaged couch, as if they were doing us a favor by taking back their damaged product. The three phone calls we had with them were frustrating, they took forever got back to emails, and even then sometimes they would never respond. On the phone they were condescending and refused to exchange the 2nd damaged couch for a new one. In the end nothing was resolved, and they sent a return truck without telling us (!) to take away the couch without replacing it, which felt very shady. We were happy just to be done with the company so decided to let them take it. They're still processing the return though, and have offered nothing in way of a solution or compensation for the ordeal. I highly suggest you look elsewhere even disregarding the service issues, as the couch was just alright in person. The stitching wasn't straight along the back, and some of the fabric lengths were slightly mismatched. Not a huge deal, but disappointing quality nonetheless. We've had a much better experience with both Wayfair and West Elm online, both of which we had to make shipping returns and had pleasant experiences.

Great customer service... ordered items were ready for pickup and got an extra curtain rod I needed at a great price... can't ask for more.

Me and my family purchased a lots of furnitures from Structube for our condos But I got disappointed with my last purchase with them. I bought a green chair and the box could not get fit in our car then the employee of structube cut of the box wth knife and he cut off the chair too. Once I arrieved home, I saw the knife cut on the chair and immidiatly ask them which I want to return it but they did not accept the return!!! How it is possible? Pay 100 dollars for damage chair!!!!! It was their employees fault !!! So disappointed. Structube lost me and all of my family and friends customers with that.
