Bought a dog bed from the pet expo for 80 or 100. It hasnt lasted a year before loose threads started showing basically everywhere. I dont wash it often to avoid this very thing but it did it anyways. There are better brands out there that accomodate larger breeds. More money but at least they'll last somewhat.

We ordered a dog bed for our doodle, and it came very quickly! It's easy to clean, and he seems to love it. I'm glad we were able to find something Canadian too!

Horrible!!! I wanted to exchange the bed I ordered for another size. I tried to contact them the day after it arrived. It took over 2 weeks to get them to acknowledge my request, only because I kept trying to contact them every few days. They would only communicate by email. It took a total of a month to even get the exchange approved and processed. I had to pay to ship the first bed back. The larger bed I wanted is apparently a "custom" size, even though it is a standard option on the website, so they state it cannot be returned. I ordered it, and my dog passed away suddenly and unexpectedly the night before it arrived. I asked if they would accept a return due to the circumstances. They would not. I had paid almost $400 for the bed. It is still sitting in the boxes, 2 months later. Very cold, unfriendly service. I'm so disappointed! I only bought from this company because they are Canadian and I try to support our industry when possible. Regardless of product quality which seemed good, I will NEVER, EVER buy another product from them.

I ordered dog beds from this company and they quality of the product seems very good. I was impressed with how fast the shipment arrived. Contacting them has been another matter. I want to exchange one item for another colour and upgrade another product to a larger size, but emails are not responded to and voice mails are left unanswered.
