***UPDATE*** Bombay's head office says I have to go through their delivery company directly to at the very least get a refund of the $160 delivery charge for my damages! Get this, they claim "I" technically hired the delivery service because it's its own company even though Bombay arranged delivery. I'm taking them to small claims court. Buyer Beware: if your purchase or home is damaged by delivery, you are screwed. They lied to me. They'll lie to you!**** **Careful, Delivery and Sales Scams.** Ordered a bed. Staff was alright. Bed was "on sale" but a month later it is not on sale and same price. So they are doing the 'compare to' trick which is what Winners got in trouble for, always putting a higher price beside a lower price when that higher price doesn't exist anywhere. Underhanded but my wife wanted that bed and I fell for the "on sale" trick. Delivery was medium service and paid extra for assembly. THEY RIPPED OUR NEW $2,900 MATTRESS! THEY SCRATCHED OUR WALL! They tell me last minute after assembly that taking away the card board, foams etc would cost extra. Cash only. Didn't have it so left with a mess afterwards. They aren't the shoes off type and left a 100% totally avoidable scratch on the wall and destroyed my mattress warranty. Overall, it was worse than buying from any other discount furniture store. Every other delivery I ever had from other stores do clean up and take their garbage. And never destroyed property. P.S. Don't get the bed steps if you, like everyone and me, have hardwood floors. They slide like there's zero friction so they are useless unless you want a broken neck. Thanks for not telling me Bombay!!!

One of the worst customer service.I contacted them several times about issue with my purchase a month ago, and still waiting for call back

I bought Fontaine settee and accent chair from the store on Nov 2017 and since then feathers are coming out from the inside of the cushion and already it looks very flat.. spoke to store manager but her response was hopeless..she told they cannot do anything about that..I dont recomend this furniture. And also their delivery service was really bad. Delivery guys left my furnitures outside of my house inspite of requesting to bring them inside.
