I'll give you the full story. My girlfriend and I were looking for a couch for weeks -- trying to find the right sofa for our small one bedroom apartment, balancing style, comfort and budget. We ended up making our purchase in early September, 2018. We had decided to spend the day going to a few furniture stores to check out deals. Our first stop was the Brick on Eglinton near Warden. We saw the same couch at the same price that we ended up purchasing at the Brick Outlet (which I'm now reviewing), but didn't like how pressuring the sales person there was, and so left to look at Bad Boy. After checking out Bad Boy we ended up at the Brick Outlet. We were met by a sales rep and we explained that we were interested in the sofa we'd seen at the other place. He checked to see if they had it in stock and they did. We walked around a bit and other sales reps came up to ask if we needed help but when we said we were okay they didn't pressure. The couch we bought was part of the Tent Sale and so we didn't try to get free delivery or negotiate on price; we already were getting a good price. There was a bit of a delay when checking out but whatever, that happens sometimes. The delivery came in on time and with all parts and in great shape; no dings or damage. Overall, everything was excellent here; after a lot of searching and on-the-ground experience, this place did the best job of providing good service and with good pricing and products.

I bought a sofa and bed room set and some other furniture from Brick outlet yesterday. We got a reasonable price than compare to other stores. Full set of Sofa under $1000 I think it’s a great price. Moe and Satish was really helpful to find the furniture and explain the price different as well, thank you guys!! Within 3 hours I bought all the furniture’s under my budget.

NEVER BUY FROM BRICK LEONS IS MORE RELIABLE I recently bought a washer and dryer at the brick outlet store The problem began when it got delivered to my home, first off the “ experts” that came to deliver the washer and dryer came late to my home they then came to my unit first and was trying to convince me that the washer and dryer would not fit ( I work with a measuring tape every day why would I buy an appliance if it couldn’t fit ) They asked me to come down stairs to the delivery truck to look at the washer and dryer which I did and they proceeded to measure it in front of me and tell me it wouldn’t fit they even got on the phone with their boss to tell him it wouldn’t fit I insisted it would fit they then put me on the phone with their boss and he says he trust the “expertise” of his workers and if I decide to go through with it they are NOT responsible for any damages I said ok they brought the appliances up and to make a long story short the appliances had more than enough room to fit The brick outlet forgot to pack the hose for the washing machine so the delivery guys ("experts") did not FINISH the job of installing the washer and dryer which is what I PAID FOR They ended up scratching my floor because they didn't put the legs on the washer machine, again their boss calls them "experts" It’s going on to a month now and every time I call,Mimi is waiting on a email for them to get back to her oh and Trevor the store manager very nice guy when purchasing the products but when I ran in to this problem it's like he disappeared and Mimi all of sudden is her spokesperson So basically when you buy from the brick outlet store on 1165 Kennedy Rd Scarborough don't expect that nice customer service you got before you bought their product , when it reaches your home NOT installed properly by their "experts" your basically on your own. I'm still to this day having to wash and dry my clothes elsewhere while a washer and dryer in my home that doesn't work stares at me ( Mimi said no return policy)

Most of the furniture sold here has a problem, hence the low prices. The salesman always repeat "this is sold AS IS" over and over to ensure that you know you're buying a product that cannot be returned. If you buy something from here, make sure you examine the entire piece to find all the damaged areas. The salesman here are not as pushy as in the regular Brick, that's a good thing. A good place to look around for deals. Don't be afraid to bargain!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! READ FIRST! The most abysmal and poorest service I have ever received in my life. The whole service the brick provides is flawed from customer service (the worst thing about them) all the way to installation. 1. The warehouse workers not only forgot four out of the eight legs for the sofa and loveseat, but they also managed to send the wrong screws. 2. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture thought it would be wise to force a screw that doesn’t fit into the leg’s hole. Now the screw is impossible to get out, and the legs can longer be attached to the couch. It doesn’t stop there: after the first unsuccessful screw, they tried force in another two screws into another leg, ruining a total of two of the four legs. 3. After calling the customer service rep, whose name I should’ve wrote down because she is the most poorly trained sales rep I have ever dealt with, assured me that eight legs and proper screws would come in seven to eight days. Seven to eight days later, my couches are still sitting footless, digging their staples into my new flooring. The woman refuses to compensate us in any way, and interrupts me aggressively while I am talking. Without any confirmation sent to me, she says the feet will come in December, but it is difficult to believe her because she said she would call us back with information on two separate occasions, and never has. Think twice about shopping at the brick. They do not properly train their staff, they refuse to help their customers, and they fail to take responsibility for their mistakes. You will be happier shopping elsewhere.
