If you are white, try another Aaron's just not Ferndale The Ferndale, MI store manager found every excuse in the book not to bring the 25 cu ft refrigerator into my home in Highland Park: Hanging trees, unstable ground, porch (the porch is a year old), doorway, which was wide enough. Although the driver, delivery person, seemed to feel the delivery would work, the store manager absolutely refused; he even called his Regional Manager to convince him that Ferndale store should not deliver, the Regional Manager apparently told him to deliver. I called the Regional Manager had to leave a "email" for the Regional Manager to call me back. Of course he has 48 hours to do that! The night my daughter and I waited to sign the contract all the customers were not white; all the store personnel are not white. The Assistant Manager and Sale Person treated us with respect; cannot say that about the Store Manager

Horrible service my wife made a order. She’s the more Boyish type so I picked out the furniture. We have been waiting going on 3weeks first order was discontinued. The store manager never called to tell us we had to call up there to find that out. Went back up there picked out another furniture set all for him to tell us the furniture is here but I don’t feel comfortable with you guys. She made me feel uncomfortable. I’m am so pissed I start crying horrible horrible horrible
