Excellent service and knowledgeable advice. I bought two mattresses along with a nice bed frame/headboard at a great price! Great quality and very sturdy. The owner made my whole experience very easy and I’m looking forward to buying more items in the near future. Highly recommended

If there was a Zero star rating, Seawood Furniture fully qualifies for it. I have written over 100 reviews on Google but never gave 1 star for any business. Because I know running a small business is not easy. But this business and the owner fully deserves it. Nick have no concept of customer service. Until he gets your business, he is sweet, kind, friendly and everything else you can think of, that is associated with a small family business. But once the payment is made, he takes 180 degree turn. He has no manners, no integrity, no word of honor. When you question, he flips, refuses to deliver the items that are already paid for. I was absolutely appalled by his behavior. Unfortunately I had to write bad review such as this, to which I gave great deal of thought before I decided to write. Had I read other reviews beforehand, I would have never walked in to Seawood Furniture. I highly doubt the experience of people who gave 5 star. At least 1 person who gave a 5 star has a same last name as the owner which is questionable (???). As far as the other people who gave 1 or 2 star reviews, I think they are NOT wrong. I do this just purely for the benefit of other consumers who are interested in buying products or services from any business. I hope Nick sees himself and his business goals objectively and improves himself to provide reasonably good service. Edit (Oct 2018) - Wow...This guy has some serious anger management problems. It looks like he started to responding to customer reviews now. Instead of rectifying the customer issues, he puts the blame back on to customers. That makes the business looks even worse. A good business will try to resolve the customer's issues. That's called 'Good Customer Service'. I don't think he ever heard of that one. Personally, I don't believe in "Customer is Always Right". But no matter who's fault it is, it's the business & business owner that's suffers, if not handled right. 1 Bad review is equal to 20 Good reviews. In this day and age, a Good Review is an asset to any business.

I wish there was a 0 star rating in Google. This not respectful store owner, NICK, deserves to get sewed for his unethical treatment with our whole family. I bet the people who put 5 star are his family members. He attacked us with some racial comments and he lacks costumer service skills. I was talking to him about some mistakes he did with the sofa we ordered with all kindness and gentleness, then he started attacking us with those comments. He gave us very high expectations and every time I call him and asked him about the sofa. He would then lie to us and say that everything is WONDERFUL. But I told him to send the pictures and he did a very poor job on it. I lost $650 deposit for something not worth it. PLEASE read this review and all others who rated him 1 star and listen to us...

I went to this store as years ago my parents purchased some furniture here which was impressive. The salesman was promoting some furniture from California. When I asked about place of manufacture, I was told repeatedly told California. When the salesman went to go check on a specific colour I had requested, I noticed a Made in China tag when examining the couch. I am not a fan of deception as sales tactic, and because the honesty wasn’t there, my trust was lost. I walked out without making a purchase.

First off, this man offers a terrible customer experience. He is rude. I went here to buy a kitchen table, and a TV stand. The owner, Nick, made me sign something in tiny fine print saying that every purchase is non-refundable. I didn't realize this until after. He said the furniture would be delivered the same day I bought it. The table came in 100 different pieces. Had I known this, I would've reconsidered buying it. I had to assemble the whole thing myself. It took about 2 hours only to find out it was missing pieces. We called him back several times and he didn't pick up the phone. The next day we called his store and he didn't pick up all day. The day after that, we drove back to the store and he gave me the missing pieces. I requested that once the TV stand came in, that it would already come assembled - he responded, "sure, no problem" I waited a month for my TV stand and it came in a million different pieces. What a joke this place is. I've learned a lot about buying furniture since this experience: NEVER EVER FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, BUY FROM THIS PLACE. As a matter of fact. Keep in touch with the owner Nick, so that you can track him if he moves his business so you can avoid accidentally running into him somewhere else.
