I drove from Kitchener to Mississauga to purchase a set of custom chairs. The lovely sales lady was very attentive and helped make my custom selections perfect. The chairs came in on time and were even more beautiful than I had expected. Friendly service, not pushy at all and very accommodating and knowledgeable. I will defenately drive down again when looking to replace some of my furnishings in the future.

Great Selection and reasonable prices. I was looking to furnish my kids' bedrooms and both my kids were able to find more than one set that they liked and we were able to do it within our budget. Keep up the good work.

I understand the restocking fee charge but when the couch hasn't even left the warehouse yet, how can you deny a customer's request for a full refund? UPDATE: Despite our tireless efforts trying to reach the store manager on multiple occasions, they still brought in the couch to their shop... Where they were able to charge us the restocking fee. A couch isn't an easy or simple buy. I understand that they're a small company and have stipulations in place to keep the business from going under but I think it's ridiculous. $580, without batting an eye, was gone just like that. We read the contract, but anyone with common sense can see that we shouldn't have had to pay that especially considering we told them to refrain from shipping it to the store. Terrible communication and feedback on their part. In essence, to anyone who is looking around for furniture, please avoid this shop.
