We've been using Arrow for our furniture and home decor needs for few years now. We always get great service and advice. We recently bought a gorgeous leather sectional at a great price. It was delivered sooner than expected. The delivery team set it up and took our old one away. Highly recommended!

We bought a dining/pub table from Arrow last week. The staff ensured us that they will send us a new one from their warehouse. We received a table that was refurbished with paint and the refurbishing is visible from some angles. The paint on the refurbished parts feels different and looks shiny from some angles.They told us that a "technician" will come to assess the table but this "technician" never showed up! When we contacted them and asked if they sent us the floor model, they said the floor model is still there. It took them 2 days to send us the pictures of the "floor model". The pictures are unclear, there is a tea cup on the table, and looks like it is taken inside someone's house. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, and regardless of whether they sent us the floor model or not, the furniture we have is refurbished and was sold to us as NEW!

From the delivery to the defective sectional, I would never ever shop at Arrow again. I had other people look in disbelief of how badly made the sectional made. They sent out a tech that would listen to my concern and said it was fine, he didn't pay for it. The delivery guys ruined my trim around my door, took the door off with asking and left grease on my white door that doesn't totally come off and put tools on my step carpet and left grease. Also left grease mark on sofa. The kinda of customers service I received was unbelievable. No one at head office called me back for 2 weeks and the lady at the Kennedy Store said she would help and after two weeks she called and said nothing she could do. So I am out THOUSANDS and they said the cannot return because it custom made no it is poorly made and then told me there nothing they can do with the sofa well there nothing I can do with it either. So back to square one looking. Never will shop there again very dissatisfied

Good price excellent service. We just pick up a table set ,decided to change the two corners chairs and the manager was call to make this possible ,he help us bringing differents chairs to match .. Nice to see a manager like that.

A very sweet sale associate name Sayeh helped me a lot to make my decision and buy my furniture without any hesitation . She helped me with the material, quality, and color. The discount was awesome, they delivered my furniture just three days after i purchased it. and thanks to Sayeh myself and my children are very happy with the L shape sofa seat that i bought. I highly recommend everyone to go to North York location and look for sayeh . thanks a gain arrow furniture and special thanks to Sayeh.
