Bought a couch and coffee table. The leather on the couch cracked and the coffee table developed bubbles and also cracked. Called the owner and he said they don’t deal with these issues..The leather is poor quality. I do not have pets or does my furniture get abused. He did want to discuss it or tried to solve the issue. Told me to to call Natuzzi myself and deal with it. Absolut disaster of customer service.

Please AVOID this place because other way you will REGRET. I had the worse purchasing experience in my life that I DIDN'T RATE at all because they don't deserve eider 1 star. I ordered September 10 2017 Natuzzi L- shape leather sofa eggplant color with ottoman and King size bed with two night tables. King size bed with two night table was delivered up to one week but one of night table was damaged.Evan promise to deliver in couple days another but never did. After couple my calls to remain him he told me to pick up myself. What kind of customer service? Evan promised to deliver sofa with ottoman in November but I received end of the March 2018 (in 6 month since ordered). When sofa arrived to my place the balance of purchasing amount was already charged from credit card with out our conformation . Sofa came wrong color and ottoman was missing but payment was already charged from credit card. Evan told that eggplant color of leather was discontinued in December 2017 and Natuzzi company decided itself to replace order to brown color without letting customer know, What is the big lie Evan? I contact with the Ontario Natuzzi distributor and he told me that color was discontinued on Dec 2017 but I should get that color if eider my order was place end of December or beginning of Jan 2018. Also he mentioned that you guys know this since summer and you should inform me . Next , the ottoman came end of the June 2018 (since ordered pass 10 month). Evan sow my anger and convinced me to purchase another sectional sofa (unknown Chinese supplier) with very " good deal" and promise this time end of July 2018. Now is end of September 2018 and Evan told me the order will not be deliver because they in bad relationship with supplier and there is no any guaranty. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IF YOU CANNOT DELIVERED PROMISE AND NOT ONES ? Also there is non of customer's reviews replied by owner of the store. ARE YOU RELY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Delivery was just dropped off, garbage left, couch wasn't even prepared for leg installs.

Good quality furniture, prices are reasonable, the only thing was that the salesman was a bit pushy.

Very bad customer service. Ordered the couch last year and too too long but i had some personal issue i could not take the couch. The owner promised me to give me store credit for my 30% deposit but when i called back later he said it only applied if i bought sth same amount as my couch.. What a ridiculous dishonest!!! Also when i ordered the couch he promised us to give us loaner couch while waiting but then he gave us 2 pieces of garbage chair instead . I did not encourage anyone to buy from this store. No retail ethnic and dishonesty!!!!!!!
