Pottery Barn Kids is terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. They took 6 weeks to do a embroidered blanket. Customer service is horrible. Staff is unhelpful. Don't bother going there. Find a different location

I ordered a sofa. It was a month late. I called and visited the store several times in regards to this for nothing. They were good to sell the item but their customer service is horrible. No wonder they have discounts now all the time and they are closing stores if this is how things are done.

Every dealing I've had with this store has been great. I've bought a number of things and loved them. However, this review relates to a return which was handled amazingly by staff. Thanks.
