Placed an over the phone order with Stacy for a very hard to come by item. I had called multiple stores and she was amazing and went above and beyond and was able to get the item for Christmas and phoned me back to confirm the purchase. Thank you so much Stacy!

Love this place. RJ was amazing. Really helped with our colour design and great suggestions. Pricey but worth it.

Brutal in-store experience, James and Guy are the most useless customer service people, they were rude, demeaning, and did not take ownership over their sub-par products. Instead made us feel like we were at fault because we weren't handwashing our flatware, even though they are dishwasher safe. We will never shop there again.

Extremely pricey. Most of the items don’t even look worth the tag. I had to use a gift card and couldn’t make a decision since amount was low and prices were higher. Their free coffee is also empty. When asked they didn’t have the pods. Really? There are much much better stores with quality and affordable pricing than this. They have majorly all glasses everywhere. The kitchen gadget section is fine. Rest not so grade as hyped. I bought two items let’s see if they are worth enough. Not to forget their return policy is 90 days. They have same items priced much higher than other stores too. Not a single outstanding piece I could find that was affordable. Not going back to pay extra for something I can get better quality and price elsewhere.

Oscar was rude and needs more training on his customer service. Won’t be back. Very disappointed.
