I love the line of products that they carry for children's furnishings. They have furniture, toys, bedding, etc. The products are of excellent quality but the prices tend to be on the higher side. Wait for a sale or shop the clearance section to score a great deal. My only complaint would be that when shopping in store some of the sales associates are less than enthused to assist you with your purchase.

Horrific customer service. They have no ability to check order status. Order placed back in September and nobody can find it. They stole my money. My next call will be to Visa for a refund. Shame on you.

Placed an order over the phone from Ottawa with Andrea and received excellent service. Clear and smooth.

Pottery Barn Kids is terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. They took 6 weeks to do a embroidered blanket. Customer service is horrible. Staff is unhelpful. Don't bother going there. Find a different location

I ordered a $1500 nursing chair from the store back in September. My baby is coming soon and the chair is late. The store does not asnwer their phone, i've called everyday for a week. They also have no head off for Canadians to contact and no Canadian e-mail address. I called the US head office (the only head office) and they said to keep calling the store as they were unable to assist. I got through twice and they were rude and said they'd call back and never did. Two weeks of calls and still no one will tell me where my chair is or even take the time to look. Today I decided not to give up... I've spent roughy 3 hours of my day trying to get someone to look into where my chair is... currently after finally getting through, I've been on hold with the store for 20 min and then disconnected. If I could give zero stars I would.
