Small Space Plus is a winner. They have a specific focus on furnishing space restricted environments, and they do this very well. I bought a number of different items, so I know their products and service fairly well. I dealt with Sherry, who measured my place for computer-generated floorplans which helped tremendously with space planning. I bought some sofas, a desk, a coffee table that expands into a dining room table, some dining room chairs and a bed. I would say that for the price point, Small Space Plus offers good value. The showroom is clean and well organized, and the furniture is all hip and "of the moment." For each item, say, desk, sofa, wall unit or bookcase, the showroom offers a number of different options which I appreciated. The various pieces all work well with each other, so you don’t have to run all over town to furnish your place. There is a relaxed, no sales pressure vibe in the showroom. Sherry is knowledgeable and makes the process fun and interesting. She works hard and comes up with suggestions from professional catalogues and the like, so you are presented with a number of good options to choose from. Jonathan and Adam, the young delivery guys, are skilled and professional at what they do. They skillfully navigated tight corners with the sofas and cleaned up the packaging too. If you are looking for good quality furniture, that offers value, and space is an issue, I highly recommend Small Space Plus. They deliver on their promises. I’m glad I chose them to furnish my place.

I absolutely love their concepts and pieces for living in tiny downtown condos. Their products would receive five stars from me. However, the two star rating is primarily due to their terrible customer service and ability to do their job. We ordered a convertible coffee table and ottoman stools from them in late October. However, given that the table wasn’t available, they suggested we come back in November to pick up both items, which worked well for us as we had other errands to run. Fast forward to late November - we receive a phone call to pick up our items. We were really excited to finally get these pieces we’ve been waiting on. However, when we arrived, we learned that they had SOLD out of the black colour ottoman we had ordered (and already paid for). When asked when the next shipment would be arriving, they said it wouldn’t because they had discontinued it. Fantastic - thanks Small Space Plus. They proceeded to offer us the floor model (with a scratch on one of the seats) for half price. However, given that we had ordered this OVER A MONTH AGO and were not told they had made the error until after arriving at the store, we were annoyed. Not only that, they let it slip that they were selling the ottoman for half off anyways during the Black Friday weekend. I would also presume it would go on sale as they had discontinued it AND floor models are generally about 50% off. They weren’t willing to offer us better. All they could give us was a slightly damaged floor model which should have sold for 50% off as it was, let alone when they made such a huge error. We are disgusted with their customer service. We ended up taking the ottoman home as we needed furniture and had not been actively looking for other stools - we had presumed that when we paid for the items in late October, we would have them upon pickup. I was excited to find a store with so many great pieces to recommend to my friends, but after this experience I would be wary of purchasing from them again and would certainly not recommend this store due to poor follow through and communication.

Great store to buy buy odds and sods for your home especially when you're space is limited like bachelor apartment or the new condominiums that they built today can get a lot of things that are scaled down but like multifunctional such as tape cocktail tables that fold out so that you can dine on them and other things of that nature. Most items are pretty pricey best time to shop would be when they have sales on.

Interesting items for a small space but overpriced and slow delivery. For the one i wanted they offered 8 weeks and reason was high demand.
