Had an amazing experience at The Brick. Arthur helped us out. Cristina went out of her way to make sure we got our furniture delivered the same time and Roy the manager went out of his way to make sure we walked out satisfied. Staff is very friendly. Recommend going to this location. We walked with a great couch.

I've got my new leather sofa and chair from Brick and I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks to Monika. She went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Will definitely deal with her and the store for future.

I am so livid with the customer service at this location. I made two warranty calls. One for my chair that completely broke and another for my couch that has sunk in. The chair call was in July and the couch call was in August. I have called 10 times since and I get the same answer. They’re waiting for parts for my chair ( which can not be fixed) and they’re not sure what is happening with my couch. I would be fine with those answers however, I am always told that I will receive a call back to let me know what is going on and I never do. I will never deal with this location again.

Very happy with the service and their selection! My fiance and I dealt with Monika - she was a pleasure and super helpful and worked with our budget! We will definitely to go her again.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The sales rep's pounce all over you to make the sale and then when things go wrong they don't respond right away with a solution. I bought a bed there, first they charged the wrong price and then they delivered the wrong item and then refused to come back to pick it up and give us the correct item!! We had to go into the store twice already to talk to someone as it is very rare they pick up the phone... and when they do, they pick up and hang up right away!!! it's been almost 2 weeks and we still have THEIR large boxes in our home!! Horrible customer service... I will NEVER be shopping here again!!!
