Went into UpCountry today. Lots of nice furniture. They are already advertising Boxing Day Specials. Lots of furniture on sale at great prices. The two male sales associates were wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying a chair for my livingroom that was real leather and Made In Italy for $ 399.00. WOW what a great deal. I might go back before the sales ends and look at something else.

We stumbled in here by accident but found a fantastic bedframe. Service was great and easy. Would definitely come here again.

Good quality, rustic, traditional, transitional options...not too many contemporary, sleek or modern though. Great professional service. Very Knowledgeable.

This place has some very interesting furniture and great accent pieces as well. The customer service is beyond disappointing. I was prepared to purchase a sofa and a couple of the silk accent pillows at &100/ea. However the two men working this Saturday afternoon couldn’t be bothered to peel themselves from their computers. After making my third lap in the store, I had to go back to the counter and ask for information. I was received with an eye roll clearly due to me disrupting the sales person from his KFC 3piece box meal and told that the sofa I was looking at “was sold and we aren’t ordering anymore.” At this point I asked the man to give me the details about the sofa - I’ll look for it elsewhere. #thinklikeacustomer #customerservice
