I was looking for my bedroom set for some time, after driving a couple hours and visiting many stores at Dundas street I was getting tired and I told my aunt, “ is time to go home”, but she saw Accent Furniture store and asked me to stop there, I’m so glad I did it. We walk in and we were welcome, the owner was so friendly and helpful, he gave me many suggestions and prices within my budget and the delivery was in two weeks as I was told, thank you!!! The delivery team I got was amazing!!! I had a problem with the moving room at the building, I didn’t have the keys, but they managed to use the normal doors and elevator, they put everything together and they moved my lingerie chest a couple times from one corner to another as per my request, they were very careful and friendly, I hope I get the same team next time because for sure I will get back to Accent Furniture!!!.

I was referred to the store by my sister who had just bought a lot of furniture from Accent Furniture after moving. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the owner who had a friendly demeanor and was very helpful. I found the prices to be more than reasonable for I had been looking for some time. When the time was close for the delivery of the things I ordered, I was told to go to the Warehouse to make another fabric choice for my couch because the fabric was discontinued. They too were very accommodating and let me take all the time I needed to make a choice.(from a very large selection ) I would add. I got to meet the delivery team a second time and I found them to be very hardworking making every effort to make a good impression. They were polite and funny. I would rate them very highly for they did their job in a very professional manner. I would rate my experience with the store, the Warehouse and the delivery team 9/10. I am very happy with the pieces I chose at Accent furniture.

We walked in and we were welcomed!! The plan was to look around, but the man there was very helpful so we ordered what we needed as he gave us a really good price/offer. So we got it, and we had just picked it up. It was worth it! Thank you for your kind attitude (Mr. Raj?).

Incredibly overbearing customer service. From the moment I walked in to the store he was over my shoulder the whole time. After telling him my budget, he consistently showed me things $300-400 over my budget and then insisted that I had the money because I have just moved to Canada. I was actually very interested in the sofa he ended up showing me - after about 20 minutes of convincing him I didn't have the money to spend on his most expensive couches. However, I did not purchase it because of the terrible customer service. I wouldn't pay anyone who provided such a terrible service. I would strongly encourage others to shop somewhere else.

We bought a total of 5k worth of items from this store. Paid the delivery fee at the store. Two weeks later once the items were delivered, the people asked for another $60 in cash to assemble the furniture. Had we been told at the store that there was an assembly fee we would've happily paid, but no. Packaging was wet and was just left on the floor in our home.
