Agreement of the store when you buy anything and pay for the delivery to the store... (12.) National furniture distributes LTD will not accept responsibility for any damages to private property during delivery. Claims if any must be made directly to carrier only... It means, the carriers customer is the store, because the store orders for you delivery and if the delivery guy damages the furniture and you claim to carrier, they can say, who are you? we don't have any deal with you.. This is paragraph 12.. there are lots of tricky paragraphs..

Tremendous customer service! Young woman was extremely helpful and mindful of my budget. Adequate prices and flexible bargaining allowed me to furnish my home. I'd definitely recommend

I had a horrible experience with this store and I urge everyone to stay away! I purchased a sectional over a month ago and was told the product would be in no later then 3 weeks. Fast forward to a month and a half later, they gave me 2 different pieces of a sectional –one with a wooden plank and one without, which resulted in a height difference between the two as seen in the photo. I told them about this and they told me they would replace it with a new one. One week later, they sent the DELIVERY MAN to come to my house with a drill and he removed the wooden plank. The delivery man was nice though. The cushions (as seen in the photo) are also wrinkly. May I mind you that I have never sat on it yet. Oh yeah, when the sectional was delivered, the delivery man also told us that the sales representative told us to give them an extra $75.... Dont get me started on their customer service loool

We bought a couch from them and when it arrived it had a huge bulge on the bottom as you can see in the picture. when I called the customer representative--KHOMATI--- to try to solve the problem she was incredibly rude. KHOMATI shouted at me and called me a FIVE YEAR OLD when I told her to stop yelling. Absolutely GARBAGE furniture and service. Especially KHOMATI. Don't shop here!!!!

The salesperson was alright to me, despite what the reviews say. However one of the delivery guy smelt like stale urine, they brought my queen box spring and mattress, dropped it off in my living room, then asked for tip. I didn't pay a 50 dollar delivery fee to tip on top of that. When I declined to give any tip, buddy then proceeded to insult me. I know where I'm never going again.
