In all honesty we were not happy with our foam mattress. However, the Avenue Rd staff were helpful enough with an exchange and coordinating delivery. Although we were out of the trial period, they did there best to make an exception where possible. We purchase a lot from this store and the staff has always been thorough with service.

Went here on a Saturday morning and there were 2 associates in store and no one helped me or even greeted me as I was actively looking around for 15 minutes. Very disappointed in the customer service here. Actually wanted to place an order and ask questions but will be taking my business elsewhere.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! Service is always great, everyone gives the best advice and this store actually noticed that we had bought a coffee table which would be too big paired with the sofa, they recommended another coffee table. Will shop here again and again

Bought one table, four chairs and two dressers. Only the chairs had no problem and didn't need to be replaced. Loved the design, but they are poor and cheap quality. I do not recommend it.

Horrible quality of furniture. IKEA quality is better. Will never shop there again. I have purchased 4 dinning chairs, "Plank" style, and the Marble Elm dinning table and paid over $1000 for it. After a short period of time the dinning chair fell apart at the seam. I got it replaced but now the wood is peeling off the legs of the chairs. I do not recommend their furniture to anyone as it's not worth the price!
