First visit and knew nothing. Sharon Swaine was great. Explained different chairs and why they were different. No pressure. .and I learned that my entire office needs a revamp! Will be back.

Recently bought a used Herman Miller Chair here. Got a great price for a like new chair. The staff were great!

I bought myself a Herman Miller Embody chair from OBI for my home office, and I can honestly say that the experience could not have been better. They were very gracious about letting me sit in their showroom for an hour, just trying out different models, even though they really had no guarantee that I was going to order from them (I hadn't planned on it, but there were no HM showrooms anywhere nearby). I sent them an email asking for a quote on a lark, and they wound up quoting me a rate so good that I couldn't pass it up. Four weeks later (HM inventories just-in-time) and I have my chair. I'd absolutely order from them again, and I highly recommend them. I dealt with Amanda, who was very friendly and helpful, but everyone there seemed quite nice too.

Great service and competitive prices. Really caters well to their clients. Jessica is a delight.
