We were looking for king mattress last week and after walking out from Leons very disappointed and confused, we stopped by the Brick at Vaughan Mills and it changed everything for us. We are so happy and pleased with the service we received from Bill and Julia. They were very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. We had many questions to ask and a budget to work with. They went over all of our questions so patiently and in detail. We purchased our most favourite king mattress, boxes, pillows, covers...AND everything was delivered 3 days later! We are extremely happy with our purchase and truly appreciate the help and amazing service. Thank you so much Bill and Julia!

My wife and I recently bought a mattress from this location. Bill was so inbelievably helpful and patient. We went in not knowing anything about the type of mattress we wanted, and he took the time to explain the benefits of each mattress. A very nice guy, we will definitely be back in the future for everything bed-related!

We bought are furniture almost a month ago, we were completely lied to by the sales rep when the promised us delivery dates. We have called multiple times with all different answers by multiple people that don’t know anything about anything. Their story keeps changing and we keep getting delayed without any answers. So again it’s been almost a month and we are still waiting for some parts to arrive supposedly so that they can be delivered to us. Again completely lied to, just so they can get a sale. I will never buy anything there again and you should not either.

Another great experience with Bill the manager there. The first time I bought a queen set for our spare bedroom and this time a king set for master bedroom plus some amazing pillows. I never feel pressured to buy and he has so much knowledge when it comes to anything sleep related. Thank you and I'm sure I'll be back again!

This is literally the best shopping experience I have ever had. I never write review but felt the need to because of how well we were treated and cared for. The woman who served us know so much about all the questions we had and helped us find the perfect mattress at the perfect price. Couldn't be happier! Would recommend this be the first stop to anyone wanting to buy a mattress because even if you don't purchase here she'll tell you everything you could need to know.
