A typical IKEA, large, spacious, friendly staff. Lower level parking can be an issue but there seems to be multi-level parking available. If you need to park in the pickup area then good luck. There was some sort of construction in the area that reduces the already small area even further. It gets pretty busy there as cars leaving the parking garage sometimes add to congestion. Other than that, the store is large, fairly well laid out and not overly busy on weekends.

Ikea sells best stuff. Unfortunately, in this store the employees aren't that great. One of the managers even did not help me. I interacted with 5 people in the store only one was good. Everybody else behaved like they don't care. I feel like they (north york location) deliberately want to reduce the brand reputation. If they don't want to provide service they should close the store or hire more people. I have been on hold for a service call since 7.00pm.its now 8.15pm. After 40 minutes the call automatically terminates. This is my second attempt. Please hire more people. You sell good stuff. I know u guys can provide better services.

One of the side boards in the drawer for our bed was missing the holes (to join).. we took the board back to IKEA.. the return process was simple, you take a ticket, wait for the customer service. The person who handled our request was quite knowledgeable, she immediately asked to back office staff to bring a new box, opened it in front of me and gave me a set of replacement boards... the waiting area was well lit with seating arrangements. The staff were very polite and we were able to assemble the drawer subsequently.

Convenience location, close to high way. Nice place to do furniture shopping. Food is good but hard to find a parking spot during weekend even though it has big parking lot and a parking building.

We got a bed for my little one and in moving lost the screws. I went to this location and to my surprise the clerk got almost all the screws ordered the rest online and it was all free. I cannot thank the clerk enough and IKEA for helping us out in our time of need. Small deeds speaks wonders about your Service. I recommend this location to anyone just based on the Great customer service I got, honestly I still can't believe it, cheers.
