Sales staff is nicer here compared to the Liberty Village location. It feels a bit more cramped in this Uptown space though. They have 2 floors - up top is more for bedroom and the lower level is more living room items.

Great fun helpful staff! Decent prices for good quality pieces. Didn't feel any pressure to buy. Highly recommend this store

I have visited both location and I can say this location has the best customer service. I love Westelm and I'm glad there are people to actually help me. I'm so happy they open this store close to my home so I don't need to go downtown every time I need something.

This company has some serious issues and it needs to be addressed. My complaint isn't towards the stores or the employees, but more to the structure of the company in whole. First, l ordered a media console from the American website. Because of course it's not available to Canadians. Had it shipped here only to discover the quality was not what you'd expect from a high end furniture store. One of the drawer faces had been broken and glued back together. This was done at the factory which produces this item. Also having bought the same item about 5 years ago the metal finish was much more polished than this newer version. Also the top plank of wood has obviously been miscut because they used grout to fill in the miscut. I am a contractor so l am able to spot poor workmanship. My next experience with them was brutal. Ordered two Logan side tables in August. Only to find out two months later they were delivered to Calgary, not Toronto where l live. They said it would arrive in about two weeks. That was in mid October. Finally early December they still had no idea where they were. I cancelled. They have some beautiful stuff. However. My advice is to only order an item you've seen first hand. Also have them deliver to the store so you can check the quality first. Its alot easier to get them to correct the issue if you haven't taken it home from the store yet. And when the webite says they wont deliver to the store, take your business somewhere else. Because of my job l am constantly placing orders at home furnishing stores, lumber yards, big box stores and suppliers. I can tell you with out a doubt that if they want to model after the store who has an unbelievably good system and return policy its Home depot. I know it's a different concept entirely. However it's a safe place to shop. Because if they have made a mistake, they'll fix it no matter what.

Start off with mentioning this place does allow dogs to come in and roam around but of course please let your best friend relieve themselves outside first before going in! Overall it's a 2 floor showroom of modern household items and furnitures. The staffs working were very friendly to human and dogs. The only downside of this store is the price tags!
