I am only taking the time to write this because I had such a different experience than what I had seen on these reviews a few months ago. I was quite concerned based on these bad reviews so I went to a store and discussed my concerns with staff. They satisfied me and I started with ordering two pieces. They were delivered within ten days, on the exact day promised. One of them had a small tear -- when I contacted the manager of the store where I had ordered it he gave me the option of them shipping a replacement loveseat to me or a $90 store credit. I took the latter. I have since purchased four more pieces from them for pickup at different stores, had a few concerns but all were resolved quickly and professionally by staff. In summary, don't let the bad reviews scare you away. Go into a store, satisfy yourself by asking all the questions you need to and make your own decision - and think positive! Often life gives us back what we put out there!!

An interesting store with a lot of neat Furniture especially useful if you're living in a small apartment such as I am. You'll find some interesting things at reasonable prices.

The staff here are very accommodating and friendly. Over the past few months, they've gotten to know me by name as we properly furnish our living room. The furniture is top-notch, and not expensive when you consider some of the prices in other areas of the city. Within a few months, our apartment has gone from grungy to urban professional. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. One of my items had broke and they were quick to replace it and very accommodating. They didn't second guess me when I said it broke in terms of whether it was my fault or not. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Today my husband and I took a look around the Yonge Street location in Toronto, Ontario and was extremely disappointed with the customer service we received. We recently moved from Vancouver, BC and decided to come in and look around for our new home in Toronto, Ontario. There were 3 sales associates working - I was only acknowledged by 1 sales associate only after being in the store for several minutes and with me initiating first, saying "hello" and asking the associate how she was doing - should it not be the other way around? I even walked around the store twice passing the two other sales associates waiting for someone to ask me if I needed help or was looking for something specific, but nothing. We felt unwelcomed. My husband and I saw so many beautiful pieces that we would love in our home, but will pass due to awful experience we had. Such a disappointment.
